5. Summary of Data Reported and Evaluation
5.1 Animal carcinogenicity data
Tris(1-aziridinyl)phosphine oxide produced a low incidence of benign
and malignant tumours in rats following its oral administration, the
only species and route tested. The available data are insufficient for
evaluation of the carcinogenicity of this compound.
5.2 Human carcinogenicity data
No case reports or epidemiological studies were available to the
Working Group.
