5.1 Animal carcinogenicity data
2-Methylaziridine is carcinogenic in rats following its oral
administration, the only species and route tested, producing a variety
of malignant tumours.
5.2 Human carcinogenicity data
No case reports or epidemiological studies were available to the
Working Group.
