5. Summary of Data Reported and Evaluation
5.1 Animal carcinogenicity data
Uracil mustard is carcinogenic in mice and rats following its
intraperitoneal injection, producing a dose-related increase in the
incidence of lung tumours in mice with a variety of tumours in both
mice and rats.
5.2 Human carcinogenicity data
No case reports or epidemiological studies were available to the
Working Group.
