5. Summary of Data Reported and Evaluation
5.1 Animal carcinogenicity data
Cyclochlorotine is carcinogenic in male mice following its oral
administration, the only species, sex and route of administration
tested; it produced liver tumours and reticuloendotheliamas.
5.2 Human carcinogenicity data
No case reports or epidemiological studies were available to the
Working Group.
