5. Summary of on Data Reported and Evaluation
5.1 Animal carcinogenicity data
n-Propyl carbamate is carcinogenic in mice after its intraperitoneal
injection: it produced lung adenomas in three different strains [For a
comparison with urethane, see IARC (1974), Volume 7].
5.2 Human carcinogenicity data
No case reports or epidemiological studies were available to the
Working Group.
