5. Summary of Data Reported and Evaluation
5.1 Animal data
Blue VRS is carcinogenic in rats following its subcutaneous or
intramuscular injection; it produced sarcomas at the site of repeated
injections.
5.2 Human data
No case reports or epidemiological studies were available to the
Working Group.
