5.Summary of Data Reported and Evaluation
5.1 Animal data
Light green SF has been tested in mice and rats by oral administration
and in rats by subcutaneous and intraperitoneal injection. It was
carcinogenic in rats after its subcutaneous injection, producing local
sarcomas.
5.2 Human data
No case reports or epidemiological studies mere available to the
Working Group.
